If you have not ordered from the online shop before, please place your order and press the button "Continue to checkout". You will find a form asking for all the relevant information.
If you have ordered from the online shop before, any information you have given concerning address, payment, or delivery is still in the Astrodienst system. If necessary, you can change any of this information.In order to change your address, please click on the link "change" next to the address and complete the form.
You can also use the "My Astro" page to do the changes. Just click on the link "View/edit registered user data".
Your postal address is needed for several reasons:
If you order a hard copy, we need a valid postal address in order to send
your order as fast as possible.
If you order an E-Horoscope or other online services, we need it for legal
reasons:
- To prove to Swiss tax authorities that it is a service exported to
outside Switzerland.
- Our contract with Visa and Mastercard requires that we know the customer's
address.
